What regular clients say about our service

"She alone was selected from many applicants in the United Kingdom as the sole Coordinator for International Relations from the UK. During the time she was working here she was extremely active, interpreting for the Governor when there were visiting VIPs, translating a great variety of letters and documents, giving English language instruction to local citizens and to Prefectural staff and giving talks in Japanese about English life and culture. Her translating and interpreting abilities, her methods of teaching……..without question, are outstanding.

Not only has she carried on the strong bond of friendship between Japan and the UK, but there is no doubt that she has made a tremendous contribution to the furthering of our international exchange project here.

"Angela Davies always offer competitive pricing when I ring round for a quote and their service is consistently excellent. She has gone the extra mile for me before, dropping off documents by hand after hours. Certainly recommended."

"I feel it is a privilege to recommend Ms. Davies to you. She was engaged in receiving, guiding and interpreting for guests who visited the Japanese Government Garden from the Countries of the World. She has a good reputation. She was a responsible person and had a positive attitude. She was friendly to all around her, with leadership qualities. She was loved by all her colleagues."

"From 2002 to 2007 Angela worked within the Business School teaching Japanese language at all levels on the Undergraduate Degree programmes with a Japanese component - Applied Language Studies and International Business Studies. At JMU Japanese is taught ab initio and is particularly intensive and demanding over the first 2 years.

These are the levels at which Angela worked in her first classes at JMU. She made an outstanding contribution to the teaching through the professionalism of her approach, and the response from students was excellent. Many of them remarked on their improved understanding and it was clear that this had a very positive effect on motivation, and hence student retention. She is a natural teacher with very extensive subject knowledge and a tremendous enthusiasm to share this with her students, and is able to address the difficulty of managing a group where levels of knowledge and understanding can differ widely from one individual student to another. In subsequent years she taught classes at higher levels, again achieving first-class feedback from her students.

Her relationship with academic colleagues was very good indeed. Without question, her contribution to the work of the Business School went well beyond what was expected. Angela deserves the warmest recommendation as a teacher of Japanese.

"I would like to express my gratitude for everything you have done for the students at Broadgreen International School. Broadgreen International School has been fortunate, not only to have benefitted from your expertise in the teaching of Japanese, but also from you experience and the contacts you have within Japan."

"For almost 16 years, I have worked with an outstanding colleague, Ms Angela Davies, who has interpreted for me from the outset and who understands not only the intricacies of Japanese gardens and garden design (Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and The Chelsea Flower Show) but also, more particularly, the nature of my work and the way in which I express myself. Angela has always interpreted and translated everything for me and she does so with great integrity, accuracy and understanding. I know that you are planning to kindly arrange (an) interpreter(s) for me, but I feel that it is imperative that Angela acts as my interpreter during my time in Melbourne, as I know that she will help to make my part of the programme a great success."
